How does per-attorney pricing work?
You're billed only for attorneys who log in. Paralegals, admins, and your clients are unlimited and free on every plan. A firm with 1 attorney and 3 paralegals pays for 1 seat.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, no credit card required. We'll help import your existing matters during the trial.
How does the priority feature request program work?
Pro firms can submit two feature requests per quarter. Each one gets a written response within two weeks: built, planned with a target window, or declined with reasoning. Anything we build for one Pro firm becomes available to all of them.
What does "fair use" storage mean?
Pro firms get unlimited storage up to 1 TB per attorney. We'll always reach out before any limit is enforced — never automatically throttle.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Annual upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What does annual billing save me?
20% off the monthly rate when billed annually. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and lock in your rate for the full year.
Is there a discount for non-profits?
Yes — 30% off any plan for legal aid organizations and qualified immigration non-profits. Send proof of status when you sign up.
What's on the roadmap?
